CARE provides emergency assistance and professional services to families — including rent, utility and referrals to community partners. We encourage you to work with your landlord and utility company on payment arrangements.
Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting walk-ins for emergency assistance . Please call 317.547.5483 or email wecare@easternstarchurch.org to talk with a team member.
You may need to make a partial payment for rent or utility. You will need to provide a copy of the payment receipt.

Items Needed:
A photo I.D., proof of current address and proof of income (most recent pay stub or unemployment stub).
Rental assistance: A copy of your current lease agreement and payment statement.
Utility assistance: A copy of your most recent bill.
Also, provide proof of partial payment of rent or receipt showing payment was made.
